It starts with me. Honestly looking at myself, society, the institutions I grew up in, the messages I have internalized, etc. As I learn more each day, it takes a lot of time and energy to digest and integrate what I have and will continue to learn. To experience it my body….that is when it truly becomes a part of me. To continually unlearn what I have learned. It’s challenging, difficult, uncomfortable, overwhelming, and necessary work.

I am honored and privileged to have done this work with all of you the past month….a safe place to share. I am humbled by all the people who have come before, what they have went through and endured…. and I look forward to continue the work with all of you along this path.
